We don't know anything about the hand-drilled well in the photo below except that it goes down about 50-60 feet and was drilled within the last three years. We do know that it is very expensive to have a well drilled but do not know if this well is operational. You're welcome to have a well technician check it out. If you're looking for a property that's not exactly easy to get to and has a lot of privacy and a ton of scenery, this one might be for you. Drive to the first set of GPS coordinates (below) and that will take you to where you need to start looking for the easy to miss two-track road to the property off of High Rock Rd.  Then use the shed's coordinates to find the property. If you look hard, you can see the shed a little over a mile from the county road. Do not attempt to visit this property in a sedan.
