​ The arrow above points to the approximate location of the property.  Our photographer did not want to go down this road because of the No Trespassing sign in the above photo. If the property was photographed right on the actual lot, the hills would be closer and the photos would probably look even nicer. We've confirmed that this secondary, nameless road (above) going south from Fish Springs Road is not a county road and does appear to be private, therefore access to the property will most likely be necessary from minor dirt roads to the east of Fish Springs Rd. We will try to attempt to give helpful gps coordinates on google map images below to assist in locating this property. However, there does not appear to be a dirt road that will take you all the way to the lot. So, to reach the property, you'll most likely need a high clearance 4x4 for off-road driving.  Is there legal access? Possibly... from my own research of deeds for properties in this valley, there is identical wording on many deeds (but not all) indicating to me, that there was originally a 30 ft easement around the perimeter of all these lots when they were originally platted decades ago. That's just my opinion and you are welcome to call the county (ph# above) to ask their opinion. I have asked them and this was their reply:  ALL OF THESE PARCELS WERE CREATED PRIOR TO CURRENT DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS – IT IS LIKELY, THOUGH, THAT THERE ARE BLANKET EASEMENTS ALONG ALL PARCEL LINES IN THIS AREA.

We have sold two other nearby properties and those customers said they can reach their lots.  Again, we do not see any dirt road that will take you all the way to the lot, so to reach this property, some off-road travel will be necessary. Consider this sort of a geocaching type of adventure... except instead of locating some small trinket, you're trying to locate a piece of land!
