To get to this property you must approach it from the east! Do not try to get to it from the west. The yellow arrows below should help. Exit off of Route 28 (aka Gulch Rd)  on to Route 13X (aka 14th Trail) at GPS Point: 38.346872, -105.518296. Drive south to next GPS point and take right on E Path. There will be two gates on the way to the property. The 1st gate has no lock, so just open the gate and drive through. You will come to a 2nd gate with a key lock when you are only about 30 yards away from our property. I have arranged for a neighbor that lives there full time (Doug) to unlock the gate for potential buyers. Please text Doug (cell ph: 720-688-9884) when you get there. He might even show you around. If he's not there, simply park your car off the road and walk around the gate to our property's GPS Point.  As mentioned, the 2nd gate is only about 30 yards from the border.  Doug will make sure the buyer of the property gets a copy of the key to the lock.
